The principal aims of the Australian Centre for Security Management are to provide the resources needed for security management practitioners to perform their role effectively, and to promote the professionalism of security managers within Australia. This website is a critical component in accomplishing those and other objectives. Within the site you will find a growing range of excellent resources, including document templates that can be amended and immediately applied to your organisation's security program, education programs, newsletters, security management jobs and more.
This website will be upgraded and improved through general evolution and feedback received received from members. As an Australian organisation, the ACSM focus will remain firmly on better practice content, within the Australian context. The Australian Centre for Security Management partners with existing providers to offer members a professional program of events, workshops, and master classes. The program is available to members and non-members, although members will receive preferential bookings and a reduced rate. The Centre Directors are open to proposals from providers for inclusion in the offering to members.
