Submission to Safe Work Australia - National OH&S Review

While the concept and obligation of maintaining, not only a ‘safe workplace’, but also a ‘secure workplace’ under existing OH&S legislation is implied, it is not formally expressed. As a result employers are not recognising this obligation and are failing to discharge their duties in this regard.
